Lana Cox and grandson, Adrian Ishee, started baking cakes in 1996. From there our bakery has seen its ups and downs. In the beginning the bakery was a way for the grandchildren to pay for extracurricular activities such as band and rugby. After burning up numerous hand mixers, and destroying our old cake oven, we decided it was time for an upgrade. With our 60qt mixer and two 5qt mixers it's a breeze for us to fill our 4 conventional ovens and two deck ovens. Our baking crew is better than ever. So whether you want a cake big enough to feed hundreds of people, maybe you're looking for that special birthday cake or you just need a sweet fix on the way home from a long day at work, the Broadway Bakery is here to fulfill all of your baking needs.
